We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely pleased with your order, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us via WhatsApp at +92 334 0695695.
- Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
- To qualify for an exchange, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of its original content remaining.
- All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.
- Original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred when exchanging products.
- If your order arrives damaged or leaking, NYL Aroma will cover all return and exchange delivery charges.
- Orders with a total value exceeding Rs. 7,000 are not eligible for refunds and may only be exchanged.
- Sale items and perfume variants below 50ml are not eligible for return or exchange.
